AMENITIES FOR THE ADVENTUROUS.

SEQUENCE partnered with the building's property management team to transform underutilized areas into a dynamic amenity destination designed to attract and retain tenants in a competitive leasing market. The goal was to create an engaging environment that would enhance the tenant experience while providing opportunities for wellness, connection, and recreation throughout the workday.

The renovated space features a variety of hospitality-driven amenities, including a pickleball court, golf simulator, rock-climbing wall, lounge spaces anchored by a fireplace, and café-style seating areas. Together, these offerings provide tenants with flexible spaces to recharge, socialize, collaborate, and connect beyond the traditional office setting.

By reimagining previously overlooked square footage, the project created a new focal point within the building that delivers value for both current and prospective tenants. The success of the renovation became evident soon after completion, as the amenity spaces quickly became active, well-utilized destinations. The result is a welcoming, experience-driven environment that supports tenant satisfaction while strengthening the building's leasing appeal.
